Going for Friday Brunch at Zest was one of the highlights of my visit to Dubai. The selection of food was outstanding and the service was exceptional. Highlights were the oysters, seared scallops, tiger prawns, top sirloin steak and carpaccio. The dessert selection was incredible and the quality of pastries was outstanding. Bright colours, rich flavours, similar to some of the best patisseries in Paris! My only regret was that I have just one stomach and couldn&#39;t try one of everything. The staff were welcoming and the Chef was incredibly hospitable, knowledgable and lovely to chat with. It was a privilege to be in the company of a Chef who has such a passion for perfection and a willingness to share this with his guests. Will definitely visit again and cant wait to dine at Stay.

The dishes are very unique, including exotic ingredients and flowers, and the table is equipped with props representing different regions, which is delicious and pleasing to the eye

From the top global ingredients to customized tableware and the services of an exclusive sommelier, every detail reflects Takahisa&rsquo;s dedication and enthusiasm. I was lucky to use the new Bakara crystal set of tableware, crystal clear crystal tableware to make the whole private banquet experience more luxurious and exquisite. 作为迪拜主厨最著名的法餐厅，从创立以来一直保持着城内约会圣地，一方面当然是名声在外，一方面也是因为位置在棕榈岛的尽头，除了专门来约会的一般也不会跑这么远。（然而是的我是跟男性友人去的...）送的小菜开胃，用料仔细。前菜鸭肝配椰枣相当惊艳，欧洲中东fusion菜中的精品；牛油果配白萝卜则普普通通。主菜法式红酒炖牛肉没有用平时常见的炖锅牛肉块，而是方方正正的一整块，一切开才发现已经炖的非常松软入味，丝丝分明，可见火候和摆盘真是下了功夫。甜点我们两个人点了厨师精选，一共四样，正好有想吃的。其中柠檬慕斯焦糖卷切开的那一瞬间焦糖外壳裂开的时候感觉好极了！走之前去甜品台看了一眼，甜点妹子就邀请我们一起玩儿了巧克力变金子的小游戏，就是黑巧克力放到可可粉里面过滤过滤就变金色了，开心！因为第二天要上班所以没有点酒。美中不足的是服务一般，虽然是周六晚（周日上班）但是点菜买单都非常慢。整体推荐。

As the most famous French restaurant for Dubai chefs, it has been a dating destination in the city since its establishment. 算是迪拜比较不错的法国餐厅之一，主厨是米其林星级厨师。菜品的选择相对比较简单，以经典法餐为主，相对缺乏创新。出品质量中上，勃艮第牛肉不错，但是龙虾有些火候过了，肉制偏硬。甜点比较好，可以选择尝试甜点组合，量小种类多，多尝试不同风格的蛋糕。亮点是最后在bakery被服务生送巧克力和玛德琳，很贴心。餐厅景色还是不错的，坐落在棕榈岛上，装潢和摆盘都继承了法餐一贯的考究。如果是刚好计划到棕榈岛来，不妨前来一试。

It is one of the better French restaurants in Dubai. The chef is a Michelin star chef. The choice of dishes is relatively simple, mainly classic French cuisine, relatively lacking in innovation. The product quality is above average, the Burgundy beef is good, but the lobster is a bit overcooked and the meat is hard. The desserts are good, you can choose to try the dessert combination, which is small in quantity and variety, and try more different styles of cakes. The highlight is that the waiter gave me chocolate and Madeleine at the bakery at the end, which is very thoughtful. The restaurant has a good view. It is located on the Palm Island. One Only the Palm Stay restaurant is the most suitable place to eat dinner in my mind. The language, tone, look and attitude of the dapper waiter who talks to you have been programmed into a computer program, meticulously, and strives to make you satisfied in all aspects. The lighting, tables and chairs, tableware placement and coloring of the restaurant are just right according to the precise &quot;principles&quot;. The time and order of serving, the selection of sommeliers and the suggestions for dinner, are all carefully arranged for you. All you have to do is remind yourself to dress correctly and let go of the delicious food that your taste buds welcome.
